I've been a huge Cannon supporter since the Pats drafted him.. Thought that he topped out as the swing tackle, but wow. Scarnecchia and he put the time in and turned his career around.. Hopefully, Scar can work some magic with Mason..

Ivr always liked Cannon too but I think Mason is pretty good, He didnt have a good game but neither did Solder. For some reason what the falcons were doing was throwing off some of the guys and that could easily be on scar

He is under contract for another year because he spent the entire final season of his current contract on PUP but reports are that he has lost a lot weight and will most probably retire. @Miguel was calling his retirement since the middle of last fall.

Ross - At DT, they have Brown, Valentine and Hamilton. At DE, they have Flowers..

The rest are free agents. They need more than "help" at DE. They need the bookend to Flowers.

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see them take a DE and and OT early..

Based on how Valentine played this year, would he be a candidate for a 1st round pick if he was in this draft? I think he turned out much better than most of us thought when he was drafted.

How the Pats handle Collins may impact on how things go with Hightower, so may be good to be generous.

If Johnson gets a ring he wouldn't need to worry about it getting stolen in the Rats locker room. It's not like many Rats could claim it was theirs.
