If Josh leaves Chip Kelly or Mike Mccoy gets the OC job.
My guess is Josh stays.

Not gonna happen this year I think McDaniels is First choice for any job he interviews for. I think its going to be his choice. If I was in Josh's shoes I would probably take the Jax job knowing it won't take much to win that division and Jax's got some talent on both sides of the ball with High Draft picks coming.

I think BOB would be hired on by another team as their HC before he came back to be the OC here. I think he would probably even go back to being a HC in college before taking a demotion again.

Having a non-insane boss has to be criteria #1 in evaluating these job opportunities. Disqualifies SF, SD, BUF, NYJ (what that job inevitably comes available), IND right off the bat.
