My Novice opinion: Just having a little fun trying to break down a game.
The keys to this game will be to keep L.Williams and Richardson in check at the beginning of the game. They seem to run out of gas by the second half but wreak havoc in the first or at least they did the last game.
The Jets like to show 5 man fronts at times. They rush four while the fifth covers whoever is coming out of the backfield whether it's a screen pass or a run and on occasion blitz. It seemed quite effective against the run and the screen pass but in the second half of the last game the Pats had more success leaving me to believe that Williams and Richardson wore down.
Brady was severely hobbled the last game and at times was off target. I don't think that'll be a problem today especially being at home.
The Pats also had to switch or modify game plans last game because they lost Gronk in the first quarter and Bennett injured his ankle in the first half.
The Jets looked susceptible deep last game but Brady needed more time for those routes into the secondary to develop which he may have this time playing at home. I do see Mitchell and or Hogan having a couple of big plays.
Anyways I see this being a close game in the first quarter if neither team is turning the ball over and the Pats building momentum and pulling away comfortably throughout the rest of the game.
I don't see a 50 burger minus a massive buttfumble type game because the Pats should be able to run the ball in the second half and burn the clock.
Alright there it is. Let's see how it goes.
