I disagree. Sure, Baltimore has ghettoes, racism, crime and corruption, but what U.S. city doesn't? It has a lot of good things going for it -- the seafood at Lexington Market, Johns Hopkins, the Walters, Fells Point. I still hate the Ratbirds, though!

They also have Babe Ruth's birthplace and sports museum near the stadium. That's a great place to visit.

In a big panic here in the 04530. It's the first time in many many months that I have signal loss on my DirecTV system. It's selective too. I can get several stations, but not FESPN. I'm thinking that this storm must've passed through Baltimore before coming northeast. Bassids.

Fortunately, I can still stream FESPN through mylaptop, but it isn't the same as my flatscreen with sound system. Sigh. First world problems and all that, but still.......
