The at-moment-of-kick one doesn't bother me. Even a properly-inflated ball is going to deform a lot from the kick. I would be surprised if it didn't deform like that.
The one in the punter's hand is more suspicious.
Here's the problem for Pats fans here..
Those are all K balls, the ones used soley for kicking, they are not prepared by the teams, and kept by the refs. So no way you could blame any team for their condition. Plus anyone who has ever kicked a football knows, you want them inflated as much as possible.
