Let's not cherry pick and say that the Patriots D sucks when Cincy is moving the ball, but then when they get a stop its because Cincy now sucks. It goes both ways, and the D made a hell of a stop there.
Bernard was a questionable back, but running 2/3 times from the 1 and attempting a pass to your best receiver in one-on-one coverage seems like very reasonable playcalling.
And GOD do I HATE the inside draw on third and long. My least favourite play in football.
