Get some honest officiating? Yeah they aren't that good. They get away with so much and I don't know how or why. But it's obvious.

Also if denver is so great why were they in a 1 possession game with 2 minutes to go with friggin Indy? That defense gave up 39 points to the lions last week

They aren't even the best defense in the last five years. The Seahawks defense of the 2013 season was better.

Probably both are top 10 all time, and the Broncos have that X factor with what is quite likely the best, most effective pass rush ever. But yeah, based on stats, the Seahawks was slightly better on yardage.

That's a terrible way of looking at if they are great or not. You are basing a unique game's outcome on another unique game's outcome, where the team you are judging didn't even play. The Broncos are a great team, and what's scary is that they can improve a lot on offense by the time the playoffs rolls around. Needless to say, you guys really need to get home field this year.

We are in week 2. Last year they had a great defense, but not an all time great defense. You do realize the Patriots defense in 2003 gave up 3.6 less PPG than the 2015 Broncos. I know it is different eras, but still.

He has the worst protection in the league consistently. I think he would look like an all-time great on the Broncos, Pats or Seahawks rosters, but of course we'll probably never know.

I wouldn't put them in the top 10 of all time.

I think people forget what it was like to see dominant defenses every year and when they see one in a year, they think it is special.

Colts were missing 5 CBs too.

Donkeys were thrusted into FG position by the refs thanks to a DPI call, which even Simms said there was nothing.

Then they lucked out when the Colts CB had a clear path to a pick-6, but fell down after spraining his ankle.

It takes every little thing + some ref help in order for the Broncos to squeak out games.

edit: And TJ Ward took out Moncrief early in the game with a dirty hit.

last year's denver D had zero shutouts and gave up nearly 300 points.

He also holds onto the ball way too long and he gambles too much. He is Brett Favre Lite. The problem is I don't think the Brett Favre/Andrew Luck style works consistently anymore now that teams have started to have fast, aggressive defenses.
