Take Stork with you too before he Mike Wright's on us.

Weird, especially since he was just out there last Thursday.

Now we have an open roster spot. What will BB do?

Was having a decent camp... could've made it on a roster, maybe not this one. Strange that his RB brother keeps playing while he retires.

In before the NFL denies Brock is retiring.
He'll just add another name and if the person objects, he'll suspend him for the season....per his authority in article 46.

I had no idea Brock Vereen was a veteran o-lineman. Go figure.

[Brock Vereen Voice] I've been working out. [/Brock Vereen Voice]

This will get play as a "smart move" even though we do not know the details.. if you look at his NFL history, he was drafted by the Bears in the 4th round('14) and then waived('15), picked up by Minnesota and then waived in Nov.'15 and then signed to a futures contract by the Pats...

You do not need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows..

Maybe he decided to walk away on his own terms ( retire) versus being cut...............

That was my point.. walk away rather than being forced away.
Yeah and for the rest of his life he can say, " I retired from the NFL" rather than "I got cut".....

(I do agree with you once in a while- maybe not in the PoFo...)

Not sure he would add the last part of your quote.. "I decided to walk away from the NFL to pursue other interests"...

The average length or time in the NFL is something like 3.5 years...
