Walpole Restaurant Bans Roger Goodell For Life

Surprised more don't do this, especially in the Cumberland county area where Roger's vacation home is. It's an easy way to get some free advertising and some serious daps.

Won't happen, but what if that restaurant was brought to court and the judge ruled the restaurant "has very broad authority" (without violating Title VII) to deny whoever they want?

Article 46, they can't deny Goodell's authority. They should just accept their punishment and move on.

I don't think it would take a broad authority to keep Roger out of a restaurant.

"Hey you walking freaking scumbag!!" "Get the F out of here!!"

Court dismissed.

Signed,

The honorable blue collar guy sitting at the next table.

Wasn't there a case about a christian/catholic or something people refusing to sell a service or product to a gay/lesbian couple? Who won that? That could factor into whether it'll work?

With that being said, has Goodell ever ate there before? That is the real question!

Some good tacos there too.

I don't think Goodell would feel very comfortable eating out in New England......ya never know what goes on in a kitchen before the waitress brings out your meal......heh heh heh

That's why I NEVER send my food back because it's not exactly the way I want it.......

Not sure that's really comparble. Roger is getting da boot for his personality not for his race, religion, or sexual preference.

You can do that? Just because you don't like a person who hasn't stirred up any trouble at the restaurant? That's what I'm wondering. Is it legal to do that?

I think so....granted, it always depends on who is interpreting the law.

That's why I included a mention of Title VII that protects groups from discrimination.

It was intended to be a joke of Goodell getting smacked by the same kind of broad authority he exercises (poorly.)

in other news, I, Joe "Paul Prudhomme" Kerr, am set to open an Italian eatery in Foxboro named Bruno Tattaglia's Piano Wire Grille. I want to welcome Roger Goodell, Mike Kensil, Jeff Pash and all the employees of NFL offices. Stop in and try one of our eye popping specials....

Some of this? It's even gluten free.
