You mean like when he said he put his faith in the league and was wrong to do so?

No, probably not, because like every other patsfan I guess until Kraft pulls out a machete and chops his way to Goodell's office and then, soaked in blood, dangles him out of the high rise window like Suge Knight and Vanilla Ice you're going to keep complaining about him not calling Goodell's mother a whore or something.

Kraft's hands are pretty much tied until the case appeal is wrapped up.

Hopefully the Brady ruling is upheld before the Draft, but I would assume the league will do everything to intentionally delay because of that.

If the ruling is upheld and the case put to bed, the league looks like a moron. Brady has no suspension, Jastermski and McNally are both reinstated and you're entire case was a load of crap. You essentially stripped picks for...what?

If you're Kraft, then is the time to strike back.

With oral argument set for March 3rd it is highly, highly unlikely the 2nd Circuit panel will hand down a decision before the draft. Heck, the 8th Circuit panel has had the NFL's appeal in the Peterson case under consideration for over a year and still hasn't handed down a decision.
