Since when do any of us really give a phuck what BSPN thinks? I say, bring it on. I love it when they start pulling out their collective forks and proclaiming the end of the dynasty. Every time they do, it only comes back to bite them all in the ***. We all know it's only a matter of time and health at this point, but with this team coming back mostly intact give or take a few role players and hopefully a playmaker or two, I am feeling pretty optimistic about 2016.

Lol. The Pats are definitely a national team on the same level as the Yankees, Lakers, Celtics, and Cowboys. People expect us to win every year even if it's not possible. Even kobe and shaq lost big games in their prime. Just a sign of excellence, if anything that people have this expectation of us.

Why you would put that channel on ever never mind today is beyond me but 13-9 with a 1-2 record in the SB since 2004 is still better than the messiah's career.

This conversation happens every year they fall short of a Super Bowl.

Well like we say about people whining about running up the score. The other team needs to shut up and stop it.

Same thing here. Don't want to invite the conversations such as this? Don't play like you did yesterday. Big Ben didn't get sacked once.

Isn't it glaringly obvious even to idiots that we are a dynasty as long as Bill and Brady are together. This team has the mindset of Super Bowl or bust EVERY year. Their is no other team that has been as consistent as the Pats in the salary cap era.

And it's not something that nitwits can decide at ESPN. It just is.

It's only this year that Jets' fans are considering letting go of the "back to back AFC Championship games" that were the height of their relevance.

The Pats are the kings. That's it. Game yesterday was highest rated championship game in like 30 years. This year's Super Bowl will suck. The Pats will be back next year...the sports universe revolves around them. That's not fandom speaking, that's fact. Hell, in some (many?) ways it hurts the team.

The dynasty continues...sorry America.

JEALOUSY from coast to coast

31 teams would kill to go 3-4 in conf champ games in 10 years. only pitt and nyg have 2 SBs in that span

I quit watching espn a while ago because of nonsense like this.
This just in, espn is losing ratings and is no longer a sports media powerhouse.

For certain when the talking heads and publications make their 2016 predictions, most will sound the death knell for the Pats. They'll cite how they finished 2-4, how they couldn't protect Brady, etc, how they haven't won a road playoff game since 06, how they can't run the ball, etc.....I know for one thing, they play 6 games away on grass next season...not good

I haven't watched anything pertaining to sports since the 2 point conversion attempt. No Panthers/Cardinals, NFLN, BSPN..... NOTHING. Jeez, they just went one game away from the SB!! I'm proud of the way the Pats played under such hostile conditions and injuries. But I have no interest in what anyone has to say, outside of this board.

I couldn't agree with you more! The New England vs Denver game was the Superbowl while the NFCCG was just target practice for Carolina! Somebody is going to get smoked in the Superbowl! I can smell it!
