I doubt it, especially if you ever saw the guy.....he was a big dude, but i think that was more diet than juice!

He gave up a lot of dingers IIRC; but I still liked him. Because of him, I became convinced that all closers should be required to sport a handlebar mustache. That look is good for at least 0.30 off a closer's WHIP.
