Two fun facts about Gostkowski's scoring:
  • He has now led the league in scoring for four consecutive seasons. No other player since the AFL-NFL merger has led the league for more than two consecutive seasons. It's also the fifth time overall that he's led the league in scoring (2008), tying the all-time AFL/NFL record (5). [Fun trivia item: which two other players have five league-leading seasons scoring?]
  • In each of those four seasons he's reached 150 points. No other player has ever reached 150 points even twice in their careers.

Yes, he was, and because of the constant Kicker Improvement parameter in the Universe, there's a good chance his best days are still ahead of him.
