I don't think it's a significant concern. He scrambles a bit to keep plays alive, but it's not a huge part of his game. I think he'll still be able to do it into his late 30s, and once he can't do it anymore I think he'll still be really good.

If Baktiari is hurt that's a big problem for the Packers. He's been really good for them.

Nope, not at all. It's nowhere near as significant a part of his game as it was 5 years ago. He already made the change that you're talking about, probably because of the concussions he kept getting. He still does it, but his game isn't even remotely predicated on it. There's no reason to think he won't retain a large amount of the mobility that he has into his mid-late 30s, like Elway, Young and Favre did before him.
