Because much the same way that the Patriots are assumed guilty regardless of evidence other teams are assumed innocent regardless of evidence.

I agree. They also had to release to NFL for review as well. Has there been any new info on this?

I'm just curious, it seems cut dried violation. Also (AFAIK), I was also surprised NE didn't make a squeak on this. Maybe the high ground, maybe Bills owner in RK corner, maybe simply NE felt it was ok.
