The NFL controls the equipment. Are you sure they control the frequencies as well? Because thats an important distinction.

The frequencies they used are licensed to the NFL by the FCC. Specifically in Mike Kensil's name.

It's all good man. This whole thing is just frustrating me. I miss the old days when I could enjoy a win completely without some controversy full of bs being made up to be a huge deal.

Trust me, I hear you. Unfortunately, you're going to hear it all season. I just don't see it stopping, especially as the Pats continue to win. The word is out that the Pats cheat all the time.
