Florio has been fantastic.

But when does Brady's party stop playing rope-a-dope and start throwing punches?

Hell is full of icebergs, the pigs are flapping their wings past my window and I clicked a Florio story, read it from beginning to end and appreciated every single word.

Florio has been spot on.. I suspect as the day settles that more information will be forthcoming from the Brady Camp.. and the appeals will be filed.

But the "Chiefs of Integrity" at the NFL, will continue to release snippets of information to select journalists, in an effort to denigrate Brady...

The smear campaign by the NFL Office parallels the worse political scenario that I have ever witnessed..

If I can not confidently wipe my phone, I destroy it. I am not famous. I do not have a job that deals with a lot of sensitive gov/client/corporate information. And yet I still find my privacy is important enough to do this. The most disappointing thing out of this whole proccess is the large group of morons that find it acceptable for an entertainment company to ask its employee to turn over communications made on his personal phone.

If Brady gave him his phone they would have asked for his computer. If Brady gave them his computer they would have asked for his assistant's phone. On and on, until they finally were told no, then whatever was refused proves no cooperation. They would have just used more out of context stuff to spin with the same no cooperation accusation.

Clearly, Brady was responsible for Bengazi.

Like I said yesterday, in 11 years of IT work we always instruct the clients to destroy hard drives/storage when they are being decommissioned. We have an In-Shop guy who every day spends a half hour drilling holes in old hard drives. It's standard procedure.

Also, I ALWAYS inform my employees of the risks of using your company phone as your only one, ie, the company has access to your history/texts, etc. This is why almost the entire company carries 2 phones. Everyone that works in a corporate world that is issued a company phone knows this, so it's absurd that people are latching onto it except for the fact that the public wants Brady to be guilty. Not to mention the fact that Goodell is using this to definitively show Brady's guilt when he himself wouldn't give his personal device to Mueller.

I personally think the nfl waited until now to drop this "bombshell "because as someone above pointed out in the last month or so Brady was starting to gain some support....so they drop the upholding the suspension at same time they release this....why? Because than all of these borderline people think wow he really lied so the 4 games is the right choice, the nfl was right all along etc. It's amazing to me that their so willing to just throw this out there but have yet to publicly admit they left the wrong psi results out there for months along with other false reports!

I was also curious how it was possible that no one actually leaked this bit of information over the course of over a month. It essentially shows you two things:

1.) Those leaks (including the ones in February) dont come from a single, rogue person inside the office but are very much controlled. Otherwise there would be no way the "cell phone was destroyed" bit could have stayed inside their ****ing building for over a month.

2.) They wanted to pack all the firepower they have into that punch yesterday. If someone would have mentioned the destroyed cell phone earlier there would have been enough time for Brady et al to respond to that and explaining the context. This way the NFL got max effect.

Their actions are meeting the very high standards set by the Supreme Court to justify a Defamation judgement.
