The Chiefs have not done anything this offseason to keep up with either Denver ot the Chargers and now we may hold out. Poor Chiefs fans.
We wouldn't be interested in him...would we?

The Chiefs are bracing for a training-camp holdout by running back Larry Johnson. Johnson, who has rushed for 3,539 yards and 37 touchdowns the last two seasons, has 3 years left on the deal he signed as a rookie in 2003.

He is scheduled to make $1.85 million this year and $967,000 next year.

The Chiefs have been talking to Johnson's agent about a new deal, but the two sides still are far apart. A club source put the odds of Johnson holding out this summer at 50-50

Nope.

Herm and Vermiel have put a lot of miles on him in a short time making a short career very likely and even if he proves durable he's um......thinking of PC term......struggling........oh what the heck......he's a total lunatic. No way you want to pay a guy like LJ big $ long term.

Is he the guy who said he couldn't relate to a white coach.

He's a total douchebag. Probably the only player ever who couldn't get along with **** Vermeil.

Yeah **** Vermeil is the definition of a players coach. If you can't get along with him it's probably you not him. Also a remember someone hearing posting that they knew Johnson personally in college and he was a total jerk, FWIW.

Your right; I forgot about that.
