@MarkDanielsPJ: ESPN is saying Matthew Wells is legally blind in one eye. Interesting.

I'm really wondering what has everyone scared off of Tre McBride. Is he like that one WR from a year or two ago that was projected to go 3rd round and went undrafted?? (can't remember his name)

Sorry but I disagree 100%. Great tape, great athlete, great character. We'll see how he develops but I think the Cowboys got a steal.

Did you say Cowboys and Steal?

The worry about Collins, I think, is that if he's drafted and doesn't sign then he can re-enter the draft the following year. He can't if he's not drafted.

Collins' agent, Deryk Gilmore, said earlier Friday that his client would refuse to sign a contract if he were not chosen in the second or third round, and resubmit an application for the 2016 draft, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. Friday's second and third rounds passed without Collins, so a team that picks Collins in rounds 4-7 Saturday essentially enters a poker match with Gilmore.

Gilmore's hope, obviously, is to get Collins re-drafted in 2016 as a first-round pick. The league's collective bargaining agreement states that drafted players who don't sign can be redrafted the following year. Where things could get really interesting is if Collins isn't drafted at all -- in that scenario, he would be a free agent along with dozens of other undrafted prospects who will sign with NFL teams in the days following the draft. How Gilmore might advise Collins in that scenario is unclear.

Basically he's totally untouchable until after the draft due to a quirk of the CBA.

Wells is legally blind in one eye? According to BSPN

Yeah.. I'm calling BS on ESPN.. With the scrutiny these guys go through, no way that isn't mentioned anywhere before now..

Ethan Hammerman notes that Josh Robinson is still on the board. Could definitely see it. Hoping for McBride though.

Da'Rick Rogers?

Manx - was there anything that raised a flag on McBride through all your draft preparations?

They have enough hammers at RB. I'd rather a flyer on an all-around guy who can catch and pass protect like Zenner or Crockett. Hell, both.

Interesting note: Mike Reiss singled out Joe Cardona as a possible mid to late round pick for the Pats.

Patriots about to be back on the clock... *braces self for further forum rage upon selection*

Not a thing. Saw one mention on twitter today about some red flags but no more detail than that. Can only think it's a combination of stature and small school. I am more perplexed than anyone. I'll say this though. My comparison for him is Marvin Jones and I think he fell further than he should have. Maybe the 'type' just isn't appealing to NFL scouts.
