CBs continuing to come off the board. I've heard this draft isn't deep for CB though, are people slightly reaching for them as a result?

It is deepish... Short on #1 CBs but a lot of #2 guys though you have character concerns with some of them.

Not necessarily. Josh Shaw could be had still. He could have been taken much higher if not for that incident last summer.

I don't draft him period. Too many red flags. I would not pick him up as an UDFA. Let him be some other team's problem.

Pick 97 is the place if he's still there. It's a fixed added compensation pick. Collins, if he is cleared, will otherwise end up in the supplemental draft. #97 is like a found pick and, at that point, Collins will be a found prospect. If there are no trades, #96 and #101 will get the talent expected to be there

The one problem with this is that the CBA no longer allows "stay on the straight and narrow" style contracts as they had with Hernandez's rookie deal. They pretty much have to give him the same signing bonus (minus a few thousand dollars) that they would give to whoever they take at #96.
