My point of view is, the real winner of this trade are Eagles. They've got young, cheap and very gifted player with "papers" to be one of the best LB in the league. They traded - yes I know Shady, one of the best RBs. But...he's very expensive and with an average season behind him player. In my opinion RB is not a high quality product anymore, I mean they are quite easily replaceable. Eagles will find somebody ( let him get 90% production of Shady, but with a minimum price ). Murray from Dallas is another example that teams are not eager to invest tons of money in RBs. Therefore I think there was a good move to get rid of Shady.
