49ers and Willis

NFL Network's Adam Shefter says that Patrick Willis will be San Francisco's first-round pick if he's on the board at number 11.
The coaching staff worked with Willis at the Senior Bowl. Shefter surprisingly said the team is very high on WR Robert Meachem if Willis isn't available.

Me too. Carriker could be the foundation to building that 3-4 defense for the Jets. I won't believe the 9ers drafting Willis until I see it. Could be a smokescreen for other teams to trade up with them. I think the 9ers should take Carriker instead of Willis. Willis may be a really good linebacker but he will have a tough time shedding blocks if there isn't any "beef" upfront.
