This is equivalent to going 5 miles over the speed limit. I think the majority of people do it, and they get away with it all the time.
It is against the law and you can be punished for it, but chances are pretty good that you won't be.
In fact, the person going the speed limit when others are exceeding it is actually more of a hazard as people change lanes to get around them, increasing the likelihood of an accident.
Now suppose you have been caught speeding before, you have a readily identifiable vehicle, and the cops know who you are
Think you might be more likely to get caught?
