Speaking of Jared Zabransky, I think if we could get him in the sixth he could make a very good 3rd QB.

I like Zabransky, but I'd try to convert him to RB or S, very good change of direction times and 4.5 speed.

When I created that Mock I posted awhile back I thought about giving Zabransky to the Patriots. As you said, he can also play other positions, and he just seems like the type of player BB would like.

Jared Zabransky 6'2 1/8" 219 4.56 at the Combine.
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.08
3-Cone Drill: 6.78

He could try WR, but he "[r]ushed for 189 yards and six touchdowns." He could handle the halfback option better from halfback.

Frank Gore scored a pathetic 6 and is building a very nice career. Of course RB isn't the most cerebral position.

QB is the most cerebral position and Vince Young, despite his lacklustre wonderlic score, is doing fine. Never read too much into the wonderlic... Kerry Collins scored a 30 (QB average is 23) and that didn't help him out too much later down the road. I'm not sure if the emphasis of the wonderlic is on street smarts or football smarts. Some guys just can't translate their on-field skills to interviews and quizzes.

The difference between an IQ test and the SAT:

An IQ test will have an everyday sentence with a made up word in it. The question will ask you what the word might mean.

The SAT gives you a real word and asks you to define it.

Intelligence is different than knowledge.

Zabronsky (sp?) seems like a jack of all, master of none. He worked out with the receivers at the combine, and I believe he was recruited as a safety (who played QB in HS). Seems like he's a great guy and a great baller. But where and at what capacity?

He's pure intrigue, and at the NFL level, his future is at the mercy of a coach with the vision and talent to make him a true NFL player.
