Game Day Thread The Official Patriots vs Vikings Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

The O-line looks way better today, especially creating holes in the run game. I wonder how much of it is improvement on our front versus decline in talent on the other side (Miami has a ferocious D-line).

You do realize ridley is averaging less than 3 yards a carry

Hightower is having a good game.

Someone tell Ridley to get lower in those situations. He doesn't even do it at the goal line either. No wonder he fumbles so much.

we are tackling so much better today than last week.

Call me crazy, but I still think Ryan would pair well with McCourty at safety. Maybe we'll see it at some point.

I agree, and I still think it's a real possibility when Browner comes back and Dennard is healthy.

We could have drafted him in 2012 in the first and Lavonte David in the second. We would have had Smith and David instead of Hightower and Wilson.
You could do this every year. Pick some player who was better than someone drafted before. Every team could do it. They don't get to do hindsight, and you don't look smart for doing it.

This Vikings D looks much improved. Not elite but competitive and are making things hard for us. If i was a Vikings fan i'd be encouraged.

David, of course, is the one that really hurts. I still think Hightower can be a very good player, so that one hurts a bit less.

I missed the first series which was apparently 3 runs. I`ve seen them hand Ridley the ball 7 or 8 times and he`s picked up decent yardage on 3 of them, but they may have looked poor before I started watching the game.

Wilson was not hindsight, he was a horrible pick the minute the selection was made.

Using hindsight logic, the LOLphins should have used the second-rounder they burned on Pat White to draft Edelperson.

That was bad.

Just when I was about to give them the benefit of the doubt...
