How cute.... The troll who follows me around nipping at my ankles disliked my post. It's like he's decided to be the Evelyn to my Dave (without the sex).

I've Disliked a total of 2 posts of yours. That was the second. Yikes.

And you've used that "follows me around nipping at my ankles" insult a half a dozen times on me already.. getting stale.

And "Evelyn to your Dave" really? You previously stated I would have no reason to go on living if you stopped posting.. and now this.

You are Clint Eastwood.

.. and I'm the suicidal chick thats obsessed with.. Clint Eastwood. Got it.

Simpler answer: You post in every single thread. You bully people. I don't like you. I sometimes call you out on said behavior.

Stop acting like an asshat towards people and all that yipping and nipping at your heels goes away. I guarantee it.

Though really, not sure if 5% of my posts counts as obsessive. Im thinking "dislike" covers it rather nicely tyvm. Hint: The less you piss on people the less piss gets sprayed back on you.

Still, if you are that concerned about MY mental health, perhaps we should involve a Moderator and have them step in and ban me before I start reaching for the kitchen knives. :)

Smessy? You there, bro? Deus wants to register a complaint about me being a troll.

Mayo. Whenever the secondary was healthy (what I mean is, when Talib's hip didn't flare up) the last two seasons, it seems Mayo's play elevated to the "next" level or "elite level", or whatever. He benefited a lot from the presence and talent of Talib. We lost Talib, added Revis and Browner, so I am going to go with my instinct and predict Mayo has his best season.

Sky is the limit with Collins, as it was mentioned somewhere earlier in this thread, he can end up becoming the best LB in the league at some point, but that all takes time and hard work. From what's been said, read and discussed about him, He is all about hard work and football, so let's hope he continues taking Leaps (pun intended) forward.

Hightower's make or break year.. if he continues to produce as he did at the end of last season, watch out. I am rooting for him to find his niche and dominate it.

James Anderson may surprise alot of people. Beauharnais, hard to guage, he was a natural leader at Rutgers, and considered by many the Backbone of the D, if he studies Mayo and his approach to the game he may be the guy the Torch is passed down to in the future? Just an optimistic thought.

Mayo should have the best. But if Collins does (health not being a factor). That bodes best for our Defense becoming Elite.

Deus, I've been in love with the sport since I was six years old, and with years being blessed with certain opportunities to be around football coaches and scouts, that is the first time I've ever been told I don't know the sport.

Again, congratulations on your fantastic patsfans.com football career.

I'll happily make a bet with you that Collins has more Passes Defensed, INTs, Sacks and TFLs than Mayo this season... and you can be proud of any plays that you deem to be "impact" by your own unrecognized standards.

I'd love to see you sit in on a practice review with some of the coaches that I've had conversations with; feel free to call them idiots because they don't consider a tackle on 3rd down an "impact play"... not that it isn't, but by football definition.

And to help clear up any misunderstanding, but "impact play" seems to have a specific usage in the scouting community and appears to be used inter-changeable with the phrase "splash play".

And tackles, even short of a 1st on third down, aren't referred to or labelled as a "splash play" by default..

Obviously, tackling an opponent short of a 1st on 3rd down has a clear "impact".. but it doesn't seem to be the kind of play that scouts would credit as being "splash play".. unless the tackle could clearly be defined as a game changer.

Yes, there appears to be be some subjectivity to the phrase, but my point being, that maybe we are biting at our own tail here and arguing different sides of the same semantic.
