Not a good way to start a game. Get your **** together Defense.

No hold on Jones? That's a awful no call. Here we go again.

I'm used to it by now. We see the same thing every game. The good thing, however, is that he keeps producing despite it. Once he starts to make an even bigger name for himself in the league, he will begin to get the holding calls with more regularity.

Pats miss Wilfork more than I could have imagined. He is the difference between the 2002 run defense and a top 5 unit.

I do know Wilfork is a top 3 player at his position, but his absence mad the effect is amazing.

Vellano cant play the run to save his ass.

Vellano couldn't make the play cause he got tackled... should be first and thirty around mid field. Instead td...herrdell has his mitts on this one. Need a close game for ratings...

It's not too surprising they scored, I mean they had pretty good field position. Time for us to get 7!

Field position had little to do with that travesty that we call our Defense....Letting Andre Johnson run free wide open is what caused that debacle.....This D is so damned inconsistent....

Pats always play like **** on the road this year...nothing new. Just gotta get going here

Matt Chatham ?@chatham58 24s
Ninkovich not good enough on the edge there, was widened by TE making the C gap too wide. He usually dominates that block...not that time

Glad the Pats don't see a lot of top backs the rest of the way. Rice I guess, although he's not playing well.

We lost 3 on the road, you think the law of averages kicks in today?

Two of them were lost on bull**** calls. Why do you act like this is the 09 team?

Pats like playing from behind/in trouble don't they? Not good come playoffs.

Dierdorf (Please be quiet - edited)

Yes, because teams never overcome a 7-0 deficit midway through the first quarter. That is too much for any team to overcome come playoff time.

It's games against terrible teams like the texans that I'm always cautious about. We never seem to match the intensity of bad teams that make these games their Superbowl. I know its early but we look lethargic.

Did that look like holding on our 72 on that TD run? I thought it did.

Quite a difference now that the Patriots would prefer to play top passing attacks, their rush D is pathetic

So Newton knocking Vellano down from behind is a "good block"?

Brady a bit off so far.

Maybe we should cover that Johnson guy, he seems pretty good.

So many guys named Johnson, maybe they got mixed up.

d%#*!@t, catch that Julian

After a great game last week, not a good start by Edelman thus far.
