I don't get those calls in those situations. Maybe Brady was trying to get rid of it in the face of some strong pressure from the Texans.

Yeah defense couldn't move the ball or stop Martin from returning that kick 45yards. What a horrible 3 and out from them.

I'm not worried about it early in the game. It is actually good to throw deep early just to keep an aggressive defense like this from coming too often. Sometimes losses like this pay off dividends later in the game.

I hate saying it but I realize this every game.

The thrown ball is not always the play called.
