It's one thing when your pass defense sucks, as it has over the last few seasons (excluding this year thus far and before the injuries). However, you're not sniffing the playoffs in the NFL if you can't stop the run. They need to fix that ASAP. I'm sure that's somehow Brady's fault too, though.

Hard to win with mediocre or below average line of scrimmage play.

I said the fact they allowed 52 carries last week was an ominous sign that all was not well with the run D. People pointed out they "only" allowed 3.5 yards per carry...

Who is making these ridiculous calls. Lagerette Blount got the start over Ridley, and did nothing but make BB/McDaniels look foolish for doing that. Ridley OTOH has been playing well as usual.

That's because I'm right. Hernandez was a TE. Welker and Lloyd were WR's.

Hernandez was used like a WR more than he was used like a in-line traditional tight end. I'm not talking about what he was listed on the depth chart... Please be reasonable.

Offense and defense are very complimentary in the NFL. Defense can play better when the offense keeps the other team's offense off the field. They are dominating time of possession and the number of plays called not just because the defense sucks but also because our offense can't keep the ball for more than a few plays every series.
