I just heard on the radio that his probation hearing was pushed back to the 16th. I think they will be doing this dance all season. I am betting that they won't have this hearing until February or March.

I am sure the Patriots are hoping for that too because at the moment there is noboby behind him or Talib worth Starting.

If Ryan keeps progressing, he might be good enough to be a decent #2 CB by midseason.

These hearings get pushed back all the time. I am just surprised they are only pushing them back at 10 day increments.

Maybe in Nebraska probation hearings can only be pushed backed so far. That's really the only thing I can think of.

Then it is going to cost Dennard a pretty penny to pay his lawyer to file a request for continuance every ten days. Granted it has got to be cheaper than any money lost in game checks from being incarcerated during the season.
