Tebow's no virgin...not with all these blind sycophantic morons so far up his azz they look like strands of dental floss.

Year 1982... Matt Cassell was born...

Tim Tebow on what makes a successful quarterback -

What are your working on to make yourself a better QB?

"My reads, I am always working on getting quicker with my reads. If you know where to get the ball, then the quicker the better."

You have to get the ball in your playmaker's hands as quickly as possible. That is what makes you a good QB, not how far or hard you can throw a ball. Everybody can just chunk it."

- Tim Tebow

The theory for money-ball places no emphasis on the player body or his physical tools. Tebow does not fit that segment at all; saber-metrics is basically designed to identify players who skillsets go unnoticed, their contributions are undervalued and they’re not considered elite or even impact players; in a nutshell it identifies the underdogs. Tim Tebow is the furthest thing from an underdog this world has ever seen –

1. Named Florida’s Mr. Football and multiple other awards during his high school career.
2. 5-star college recruit who elected to player for one of the most well-known teams in the country.
3. Heisman Trophy winner and dozens of other awards during his NFL career.
4. Featured on ESPN and SI more times in/on more times than any other college athlete in history.
5. First round draft pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
6. Forbes 2013 most influential athlete in the world.

Aside from the fact Andrew Luck was more of an underdog than Tim Tebow, the other reason why saber-metrics do not apply to Tebow is he is physically gifted, more gifted than many NFL QB’s. If Billy Beane or Bill James were building an NFL franchise using saber-metrics I can assure you Tim Tebow would fall into the top 1% of players they would not want.

/frakking banging my head.

Do you understand the notion of a CONCEPT or UNDERLYING PHILOSOPHY as opposed to the nuts and bolts details ?

You guys are talking nuts and bolts. That's not what I was talking about.

More successful career than Tim Tebow ... 11-5 in 2008.

Also had the franchise tag applied ... $14 million ...

I think that was a record at that time ???

Show me an excerpt from coach Bill Belichick that he has named Tim Tebow as the personal punt protector for the New England Patriots during the 2013-14 NFL Season.

This is the only thing I could find:

"
I have named Tim Tebow as the personal punt protector for the New England Patriots during the 2013-14 NFL Season
" excerpted Bill Belichick in a press conference today. In an uncharacteristic session, Belichick then passed out charts and graphs detailing the rest of his plans for the season. He looked at the reporters gathered and said "I feel like we've gotten off on the wrong foot these last 13 years, and I'd like to turn over a new leaf."

Amazing isn't it?

Also threw for 400+ yards two weeks in a row that year, something that even Brady hadn't done until his 11th year as a starter.

What ? The Pats signed Tebow ?

OMG, the Mayans were right, the world is going to end. They just miscalculated a little bit. Must have been the leap years or something.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh.

Mommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The Tebowites are being mean to me.
