That was quite a while ago, but if I recall correctly it was indeed Donaldson.
When Joker logs he would probably be the best person to verify.
All I found was this:
When The Tuna Went Down To Texas
Poor Tuna. In the old days, back on the East Coast, he might have reenacted the moment when, after an unfortunate reporter asked an even more unfortunate question, Parcells had retorted, "Aw, gimme a break with that stupid dumb-ass question. That's a dumb-ass question. That's a dumb-ass question. You gimme a break with that crap. Aw, you don't know what you're talking about. You're a jerk."

To Patriots coach Bill Parcells for responding belligerently when asked if he felt he had outcoached the Jets' Pete Carroll. ``That's a dumb question,'' Parcells yelled at a reporter. ``You're a jerk.''
The Coach | CBS News
But that hasn’t stopped him from raising hell with the press. This was his response after a victory when a reporter asked him if he had out-coached the opposing coach: “Aw, gimme a break with that stu ... dumb ass question. That's a dumb-ass question. You gimme a break with that crap. Aw, you don't know what you're talking about. You're a jerk."
In defense, Parcells says: “Well, he's asking me is to talk in a detrimental way about someone who's in my profession. And I don't want to do that.”
edit: Found it.
Apparently it was a writer by the name of John Cullen from the Pawtucket Times:

Quotable
Burnt to a crisp: "That's a dumb question. You don't know what you're talking about. You're a jerk. Out-coached? Did everyone in this room out-write you today?" - New England Coach Bill Parcells, upset at a question asked by John Cullen of the Pawtucket (R.I.) Times about whether he thought he outcoached Pete Carroll of the Jets.
