Aaron Hernandez Saw Trouble at Florida in 2007 - WSJ.com

Summary:
May or may not have ordered drinks (he was 17 at the time, so either he looked much older and the restaurant didn't id him, he had a fake id, or he really didn't order them)
Drank them anyways
Refused to pay
Was escorted out
There was yelling (maybe overzealously by employee)
Employee turns to walk away
Hernandez punches him and bursts guys ear drum
Police Department recommended a charge of felony battery
Unclear how the charge was dropped

I wonder if more stories like this will come out. Given there was a police report involved, someone either overlooked it or put it in the 'kids being kids' category during his pre-draft screening

While not every player is going to have this type of encounter, I bet there are far more of them than people realize (among the football players) and it just feels like piling on at this point.

Glad each of us isn't under the microscope.

Let's see how many thousands of useless AHern threads we can clog this site up with! Good work staying on top of the situation mods.

Put your hands over your eyes and it will all go away

Pats should have known about this. Really dropped the ball.

Broken eardrum is really painful and can cause dizziness, etc.

Ignore thread is always an option. That way, you can simply ignore the overbearing Hernandez threads to concentrate on all the juicy football related Pats news that is going on as of July 2.

This information was reported in another thread..

I wonder if Aaron's fathers death really got this ball rolling? I still think he should get punished for his involvement but it makes you wonder. Was that the first step downhill.

Control + F4 would work for them as well.. It's like an auto ignore for everything .

I've been purposefully avoiding these forums since the Hernandez news dropped because I don't feel like reading this kind of crap.

I can't wait till training camp...

Or maybe.....just maybe....All these useless idiotic here's one more incident from the past stories can be combined into one thread. Newsflash buddy people come here and talk about other things besides what's breaking at the moment. This team and all teams have plenty of unanswered questions every thread doesnt have to be another flashback AHern thread. BTW did you know he is no longer a Patriot? Maybe discussions of him should be in a different forum Non-Pats related.

Well, I thought bar "thuggery" was pretty amusing anyway.
And the guy afraid of broken eardrums was funny too. (most of the time, you can't even feel an eardrum breaking since there's no nerve receptors on it, nor does it come into play with balance or dizziness. Those are located in the cochlea. Whoops, too brainy for a football board? Lemme dumb it down...)
Well, I thought bar "thuggery" was kinda cool.

There is literally nothing to talk about at this time of year other than what is going on with Hernandez right now and forum poster roster projections. Again, instead of whining about the thread like a 16 year old girl, then (to make matters even worse) coming back INTO a thread that you whined about in the first place to respond to someone that informed you of a forum feature, exercise your ability to use said ignore thread feature. Ian implemented it for a reason. This would appear to be your reason. Either that, or maybe you should just take a break from the forum until TC is underway.

Just heard on the radio that the stingray that was accused of killing Steve Irwin merely was taking the fall for Hernandez. Hernandez was concerned that Irwin would attempt to stop him in his quest to eliminate the endangered species known as the Banded Hare Wallaby. More details to come.

He punched somebody at a bar?? The plot thickens......

Wait Tebow was AT A BAR UNDERAGED!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?! I can hear Jets fans now.
