Even I was speechless on Thanksgiving at the fumbling, bumbling Jests!! They win, hands down! After all, you could not put the Texans' loss so easily to Benny Hill music!

Texans game was a satisfying beat down after a lot of hype (most important game in franchise history, AJ? Even more so than your playoff game last year?). They absolutely embarrassed themselves, acted like pretenders instead of contenders and lost important playoff positioning all in one game.


But the butt fumble is legend. It happened on Thanksgiving when the whole country was watching football. It's the kind of embarrassment that will take something approaching a generation for the jest to put into "distant memory." It will remain a part of their franchise history, forever.

The difference is that everyone expected the Rams to suck, so they didn't really embarrass themselves.

There's not much more embarrassing than wearing letterman jackets for the biggest game in franchise history then proceeding to get smoked on national television. The Jets are always an embarrassment, on the other hand.

Texans were supposedly the kings of the AFC. Arguably the top team in the entire league, and had the best defense.

Pats came in and shoved it down their throat. Ruined their entire mental state and they fell apart afterwards.


Jets are just the Jets. I always expect something embarrassing to happen to them. Fireman Ed retiring as their super fan was pretty bad though LOL
