I have Te'o going to CHI. Why is she in Hawaii if she's not live with Manti?
I think Mayock is pretty straightforward about the players but on Draft Night he can't slam them. He's been pretty accurate about this draft as it unfolding imo, Pugh was a really good call.
Pugh offers some positional versatility - he can play LG over Kevin Boothe or RT over David Diehl and still be effective. Was he overdrafted? Perhaps, but the Giants clearly coveted him enough to him make a first rounder. A player that versatile has a chance to shine in their organization.Apparently he hasn't heard of trading back though. Both Manuel and Pugh have been reaches according to most prospect grades. I doubt taking a guard this early is a good idea going strictly by draft value, but they were probably scared he wouldn't last to round 2 because the top two guards went early in Cooper and Warmack. I think a number of teams reached for the OG position in this year's draft.
They could use a 1 next year.Browns don't have a 2nd to get back in the 1st
