I refuse to believe that they didnt offer him at least the same deal or even more than the Broncos. The Patriots can be cheap but they aren't that damn cheap.

As long as the Patriots offer maxed out at 2/10 why would any other team offer him significantly more than that?

I mean, the way they've handled the Welker negotiations plus the Brady restructure must mean something big, right? Otherwise, I really don't get the point of this at all.
