I can't find Britt or Gardner on any of Miguel's list. I presume that Britt is and ERFA and that Gardner is an UFA.

Gardner is a UFA I believe. I don't know about Britt.

Gardner according to Miguel's 2006 Cap Page only had a 1 year deal.

I was looking on the free agency page. If what you say is accurate, as I expect it is, then both should be listed as free agents, Britt as an ERFA and Gardner as an UFA.
