Is it just me, or has substituting Julian Edelman for Deion Branch really opened up the Pats' offense? Branch was a wily veteran and had a great career, but at this stage he was really limited to a very narrow catching area. Brady just seems so much more confident opening things up with Edelman in there. ... In spite of Edelman fumbling as a write this.

This has been a pretty subpar game from Brady, accuracy-wise, but his pocket movement has been as good as I've seen it in a long time.

Agree on both counts. 10 of 18. Missed some guys early, then missed a few loft plays to start this drive.

Wonder what Brady's success rate on the sneak is. I can honestly not recall a play where he did not convert.

And that was a helmet to helmet hit by Landry. He can expect a garnishment of wages for that.
