On their second TD, they pretty much drove the lenght of the field (drive started on their own 32).

2nd TD was off the gronk turover or missed fg

Pats are lucky to be down only 14-7. Big forced turnover by the D and Wilfork. Can we please stop fumbling the football and play some Pats football out there? First Gronk loses it, then Welker! What's next? LOL. time to man up and play hard coming out in the second half. Let's see a game tying drive!

no, i disagree

that is called playing scared, we had two fumbles in that area when we were simply running normal offense, you never know when that will happen

why not take a shot downfield? a bomb? maybe PI will happen?

....or a tipped pass and int....or a sack and fumble, etc, etc:bricks:

A loss today put the Pats down 3 games in the standings........

They can't lose this game without winning 9 or 10 games out of the next 12 games and hoping Buffalo tanks the season.

LOL at making excuses for poor play.....

Of course they're playing poor. Im not denying that. The defense is playing well though, except for the DBs. 2 TO's and the offense can't capitalize. 2 bad fumbles. Uncharacteristic of the Pats. People are acting like this is the norm.

This team could EASILY be 3-0. They played the worst game ive seen in a long time against the Cards and were still within a FG to WIN. The ravens/Pats doesn't even count imo, not because of the missed/made FG at the end, but the officiating was so bad it wasnt a fair barometer of how good either team was.

less ninko on D would be nice...has he made any impact play this year?

Wow. Just wow. I'm glad you aren't coaching the team.

I have no problem with them cutting their losses for the half and regrouping.

Not like I could do much worse.

Coach one outstanding drive. Be terrible for rest of the half.

I could duplicate those results

Seems like Murphy's law is under effect. A 15 minute earful wont change that.

Belichick has been awful at second half adjustments. I hate to use injuries as an excuse, all teams have had injuries, but injuries to the O-line and TE's are hurting this team big time. Also, hate to say it, but maybe cutting all those WR's is hurting the team. And, let's face it, maybe our Pats just aren't a good team. 2 sacks and 2 Ints, and we have nothing to show for it.

WR is not the problem. Brady has thrown exactly one good ball to Lloyd.

I don't that WR is the problem when it comes to the deep ball

Detriot has an amazing special teams....:bricks:

I don't cvare about style points. Just win. If its ugly who cares. If we can pull this dog out of the fire, we will be 2-2 and likely tied for the division lead.
That goal line fumble recovery was huge.

Just squeek out the win and then roll up their sleeves and get to work. And there is a lot of work to be done.

Despite how some are trying to spin things, I agree.

I somewhat agree with this. Cutting all the WR's didn't seem like a smart move.

there's risk in every play always...you still play offense though

i hope hightower comes back too ( screwed that up earlier in the thread)

Pats ook like hot garbage out there. An embarassment. This is bizzaro world, a lot of the teams with the high powered QBs last season are playing like crap.

watching jets game over this crap fest...as least they will lose today..will get my updates here....(LOL)

Churn those little legs, Welker! Churn 'em!

I actually miss O'Brien, despite the questionable playcalling the offense didn't play scared.

They are playing like they don't practice. And welker has been subdued this year which is having significant impact.
