Personally, I don't like Lovie much as a coach. That defense has all the personnel in the world, he doesn't have to do much. And I am not too fond of his adoration for Rex Grossman...

he is a headcoach..and hes under contract..and Rivera is sitll a Bear .. he can talk but he cant sign anywhere i believe since hes still active as a Bear coach
