I can sum up why we lost in one word: safeties.

They're ******* terrible. With Sanders or Meriweather, we win this game.

These are true statements, I believe.

Congrats to the Giants......

Bad situational football. Left them a 1:36 on the clock. Shame on us......

Cheer up in a couple of weeks they could be in third place in the division.

Giants are a much better team than the pats all around...the better team won

that last PI call was utter bull****

direct correlation to why we did not go to OT

sad that this defense can't stop anyone with the game on the line. Brady's window is slowly closing and they can't even give him an average defense?.

Ummm . . . the Patriots defense actually did hold them scoreless in the first half.

Maybe it was all smoke and mirrors, but it did happen.

how can everyone blame this defense. we scored 0 points until late 3rd quarter. 4 Turnovers. The D actually kept us in the game with the arrington INT. This game is not on them.

The defense did enough to win. You allow Manning that many chances to win the game and they are going to give up scores sooner or later.

I was encouraged by the defense today. It was the offense that was the real problem today. Brady didn't show up until late in the 3rd quarter.

I just don't understand this. Things happen in football games. However you get there, you have to be able to defend a lead late at home. To be given two chances to win and completely whiff is inexcusable.

Sergio Brown, how in the hell you ran into Cruz like that. White, how in the hell you bite on play action so hard when you know they will pass.

Hello that defense did enough to win this game- that elite offense decided only to show up in the fourth quarter -if they would have been playing a better team they would have been down by many points at half time-no way defense takes total blame for this lose.

anyone who puts all the blame on the defense is delusional. The defense kept them in the game for the entire first half. The Offense sucked for most of the game. Dunno why both sides cant play well on the same week.

******* patriots... this was literally superbowl 2007 part 2.

Brady gets a td... and eli drives the team down the ****ign field.

What pisses me off is that the D had TWO chances to end this game and both times they allowed the Giants to march down the field and score. I mean you really cannot keep the giants of the endzone for 1:20 seconds? F this defense and F BB for not even caring anymore.

No Rob, the defense did not do enough to win. They conceded 24 points and lost the game. Don't sugar coat the crap. The offense wasn't fantastic, however the O gave the D a 3 point lead with roughly 90 seconds and 80 yards to play.

The defense isn't good enough and the Patriots are losing their lustre and position as an elite side.

And what does that mean? The O is our strength and it has been crappingnthe bed then last 4 games. Gee our d held an injured giants offense and our O couldn't do crap. Yeah I'm encouraged. Hers your homer sign.

The JETS must be salivating at the opportunity to smack these patsies around.....

You can't stop Eli!!!!!!

Seriously haven't we seen thisgame before? At least Merriweahter would have been so out of position he wouldhave never beeb called for PI! Honestly with all thos draft picks, why is it that three undrafted rookie free agents are on the feild for two big PIs and then finally to get beat for the game winning TD. Maybe if BB had drafted some talent, or maybe trade up every now and again, or here's something novel, actually use your first round picks!!!

This team is toast! The Giants were without Nicks, and Bradshaw. Did a Pats WR not named Welker even make a catch today?

What happened to Hanesworth did he get hurt? Could Ochostinyo be a bigger dissapointment?

Toast plain and simple.......................
