Completely stoned both UM DEs, including Woodley, giving Booty time to torch the Michigan secondary. Super quick feet. Made Jake Long look like the Right Tackle he is in comparison. Watched Joe Thomas earlier. Thomas is a beast, stronger and bigger than Sam Baker, but if Baker declares and falls within reach, the Pats should consider making a move for him and shifting Light to Right Tackle. Baker looked that good. Protecting Brady over the next 3-4 years is that important...

Woodley was overmatched, but still could be a solid pro DE, but I still don't see the quickness to be a 3-4 OLB. Harris looked solid but not special at MLB. He's a team leader though, and that counts for something. Burgess plays soft for a big LBer. Hall impressed in this game. Showed good make -up burst, and USC usually attacked away from him.

I still think Jarrett is a "play when I want to play" kind of guy, a red flag. Calvin Johnson of GT in comparison shows up every game with a purpose. Steve Smith looks too slow... Branch is solid but no Ngata. If the Browns take him at #4 after passing on Ngata at #13 last year, it shows how incompetent Savage really is...

what about Lawrence Jackson?

You know what, I was stupid and wasn't focused on him. Wow that was dumb. One other thing, doesn't Branch remind you of Ty Warren, but without as much brute strength, or endurance?... He should maybe lose a little weight. Branch coasts every few plays.. if he gets with an organization that can motivate him he could be a dominant 3-4 DE.

yeah well people compare Branch to Seymour..hes not quiet as dominant IMO

He'll be lucky to become Seymour or a Ty Warren. He'll probably be drafted by a 4-3 team and become a Gerard Warren type.

I like Smith as a late day one/early day two guy to be a Givens type, though. But not a first round candidate.

It's early but I see them taking Joe Thomas or Adrian Peterson.
