Impeach shmessy of moderator status

I'd like to propose that you remove him of his moderator capabilities. All he does is go around slamming people that are new to the forum. What a terrible example for a moderator to set and also what a terrible way to encourage Patriots fans to come here. Here are a couple of his posts as examples:

He is most certainly allowed to voice his opinion. The real question is whether you are because if he doesn't like what you say, he'll lock you out of the thread, or worse. The can dish it out but can't take it type.
