Seems Mr. Hernandez is a character. As much as we go for good character guys, for a reason, having some cutups or different personalities seems to be essential for good team chemistry. An interesting psychological phenomenon, I believe.

Wilfork is a gem in that regard, funny as hell, but totally positive. Good mix on this team IMO. Light was always a joker too. I'm guessing Mr. negative Haynesworth might find a family here and clean up his act, could be wrong. Gerard warren wasn't known as a real positive force and he seems to be an ideal Pat now, willing to jump back in at a moments notice.

We forget these guys aren't machines, they have emotions and some teams are just really negative environments. Not everybody is an unbeatable Troy Brown emotionally.

BB treating guys like adults, with respect is way underrated. That's why guys want to play here.

The point is, it's not filling out a bingo card. Cut them if they don't perform and keep taking advantage of good scouting and ignoring the so called "experts".
