Koppen needs to be replaced at the end of the season. It's not a debatable point any further.

Koppen is awful. I don't get why that guy gets a free pass to suck up the joint every year.

yes, he has been thrown to 4-5 times, and many when covering burleson, NOT calvin

only 1 of those times did he play as good as he did last year, many of them were pretty good throws and catches though

I think he's still serviceable and knows the offense well, so that gives him some value. He's really doesn't play at the same level he used to, though. There was a point when Koppen was our best OL on the field by a considerable margin. He doesn't come close to that anymore, and it's not just because we have someone as talented as Mankins next to him.

cant wait to see what Cannon has. his presence cant hurt. also, i'd like to kick the tires on Gurode from the Cowboys. maybe we can make a trade for him, although i dont know what his contract is like.

all i know is our RG and C positions are not our strong points. we need to upgrade

This is the final preseason game. I highly doubt the "starters" of this game will be the exact same "starters" next week.

The defense has been vanilla. Check out the formations and the blitz patterns. Nothing complicated about them at all. The Patriots may need work -- or I should say do need work as all teams do at this point -- but this game is not a clear indicator of how well or not well they will play starting next week.
