What's a pat's game when there is no mud and wind and rain and snow and ... mud ...

... and mud.

Hell, what's a FOOTBALL game without that stuff? I say bring on the mud.

OT-
I remember a few years back when we beat the Colts in the playoffs they showed the fans in the stands throwing up snow when the pat's scored. Anyone part of those fans?

I think they should have gone with a blue turf to match the seats. I mean, if you're going to go fake you should go really fake.

do you know how many dead ducks they have to pickup off that blue carpet every year because they think it's water ?

After watching Brady in the Jets game I never again want to see him play in mud.

A) He couldn't get his legs under him, and he's a QB that vitally depends on his legwork to keep his accuracy. B) He took so many big hits because the OL couldn't get footing. C) His planting was so bad that his knee got bent weird on a play that normally would have been a great evasive maneuver and a completion.

The turf makes sure that Mr. Footwork can keep his feet where they belong, and that means the ball will go where it's supposed to more often as well.

agreed. This year's version of the Pats is just better on the fake stuff. Anyone want to dig up stats on Brady's home and away splits this year? And with apologies to the purists, its just easier on the eyes.

Just for giggles, that Patriots should have a bunch up people run up and down the middle of the field with five gallon buckets of brown paint.

I think the footwork is a large part of why Brady is "suddenly" accurate on the road and so inaccurate at home. I mean hey, call it an excuse. I don't believe in coincidences when they're so ******* obvious. Every road game Brady has a pretty solid to great game. Every home game I walk away, as do many of the fans, thinking, "Damn, if only he could have thrown that ball better to receiver X"

There has to be a reason why Brady is so inaccurate at the razor, and I think the turf is a big part of it. I don't ever remember the field being THIS torn up this early in the season. Oh well, we'll find out sunday.

In order to prove that, you would have to go back and see how the opposing qbs have played in those games.

Different QB's rely on their legs and footwork to a different extent. Brady has a very wide stance and heavily relies on planting his feet to get his power and accuracy.

Somebody STOLE our banner - check out the middle photo and look up............Hey Polian, you have to WIN one of those suckers, you cannot steal them, now bring it back in time for 4:15 today.
Is that one of those find a picture in a myriad of dots kind of thing? I don't see nuthin'.
Edit, or is it that there are supposed to be the three SB banners?

The Super Bowl banners.

The second one (XXXVIII) is missing in that picture.
