Maybe just the fact that these two QBs are known as the best of friends and maybe Peyton has a Pats sweater in his locker too.

Maybe a way to keep the media in complete confusion?

I'm not buying it. Faulk's locker has gear that hasn't been washed yet. I don't know, maybe it's normal for them to leave the gear filthy until the player returns, but I think someone doctored up an old pic.




Edit: Just went back and looked again, maybe the gear isn't as dirty as I thought.

My first thought was this: if we're assuming the picture is both real and recent, then how is it that the only place we are seeing it is on Bleacher Report? As far as I know there have been no similar photos or reports from any media members that actually have credentials to access the locker room - yet an amateur writer does have this picture? I find that a bit odd.

Also notice the color of the shirt is different in the full locker photo than it is in the close up.

I say it is fake; or at the very least it is not a recent picture.

And even if it was real, so what?

A game jersey wouldn't be left in a locker in the middle of the week. They hang the jerseys Sunday morning, and wash them right after the game...and aren't put back in lockers until the next game. It's probably an old pic and the guy used photoshop or something.

The blown up picture is not the same as the locker picture.

The blue shirt to the left in the locker picture hangs from a hanger in a straight line over the grey sweatshirt, hiding the 1st 2 letters (E & Q) of the word EQUIPMENT. In the blow up it is tucked around/under the sweatshirt, exposing E & Q. There are neat folds in the blue "Shirt" also that would not be present if it were hanging from a hanger. A white line is also visible on the surface beneath the grey sweat in the blow up that is not present in the original picture. The Brady jersey in the blow up appears to have a foam grayish material around the neckline, similar to what you would find in a shirt at a store display.

If not, who cares? Brady loves this team, there's no question about that. Nothing else to discuss.
