We got a 1st for Seymour... how does it not make sense? Favre CHOOSES to throw to double coverage. WHy else does he always throw picks? he isn't Peyton Manning

It's been rehashed over and over, and kinda pointless to drag back up, but I would rather have an additional year of seymour, the option to franchise him, and a 3rd round pick when he leaves than a first round pick that probably won't see the field until Brady's 35. That's what I thought at the time, and the level of play at DE hasn't done much to change my mind.

It makes no sense to trade a HOF caliber WR and get... nothing in return but just a big void at #1 wideout. That 2012 pick is not going to be catching a dozen TD passes per season for Brady. Who picks up the slack in the HERE and NOW? There are no comparable weapons to Moss available for the Pats. We'll be lucky if that pick is better than #25 overall. WOW it really is the Jets year after all!

Losing Moss is gonna hurt the Pats bigtime. He opens up so much underneath for Welker, Hernandez, Tate, Edleman, etc.

However they will still have a top 8-10 offense, if anything its the defense I would be worried about if Im a Pats fan.
