Another Bam Childress? He kicked butt in the preseason, but seems like he's hardly touched the ball in the regular season.

Not enough balls to go around?

He has been injured right? Working his way into the rotation. Aaron Hernandez has picked up some of his possessions.

I really wish we got to see that 2 pt conversion attempt! Oh well, hopefully we will see it later at a more critical time.

Pats now have the luxury to use him based on whatever scheme gets thrown their way that particular week.

Edelman is very nice depth.. in the course of this marathon, he will make an impact..

It looked like it was going to be a direct snap/draw to Edelman, like they have done with Faulk in the past. He was anxious about taking the snap and jumped.

I think with Edelman being injured, and the Pats having so many weapons, they've had the luxury of not having to rush him. No worries.

He'll definitely make an impact at some point. It's a long season. I wonder if the addition of Woodhead limits him a bit, though, since they were going to use him in the backfield. Also, I think the addition and emergence of Hernandez might be limiting some early opportunities for Julian.

Watching the 1st preseason game vs the Saints, I thought he was the best player on the field...for both teams. Puzzling

The non coordinator will need to figure out how to use him.

Hard to make an impact with so few plays by the offense. This offense is going to be crazy once everything is integrated.

i was looking forward to the 2pt convesion as well and another great thing about it is that other team have probably forgotten is that that he was a QB before which means in that set we have 2 QBs to snap too so while the draw is still there you can fake that and then do a quick slant or something like that with Edelman throwing it

I want to see him back there on PR full time. Then again we only got to see the PR once and it was Welker's homecoming.

He's not really needed on offense IMO if Moss,Welker,Tate,Hernandez are all healthy.

I'm wondering if Edelman is fully healthy yet. Seems like they're limiting him in a big way.

He isn't as good as Welker in the slot or Moss and Tate outside. You aren't going to take the 2 rookie TEs out for him because they are not only probably his equal or better catching the ball but they offer so much more versatility from a formation standpoint.

Barring injury he probably isn't going to play much.

He has a lingering high ankle sprain. Those are hard to bounce back from if you're not careful.
