I think he'll probably sustain a shoulder injury putting on his shoulder pads. :ugh:

Seriously, though, the more bodies that we can throw at the OLB and DE positions, the better I suppose. Our pass rush was flat out horrific against the Jets. If he can improve that area from the OLB position, then that's great. Personally, I'm not expecting much, if anything, from him. So anything that he can give will be a plus.

Aw, the doom and gloom is killing me, c'mon guys, suspend disbelief for like 5 minutes and allow yourself to think maybe the highest draft OLB before Cunningham might actually turn into a player. Sometimes it's fun to think positively.

Sometimes it's fun to joke about a guy who's gotten injured in 3 seasons out of 3. C'mon. Lighten up. I'm sure the vast majority of us here want to see the kid succeed.

I do sincerely hope he somehow pull through and have respectable career and like Kontradiction said, more body we have at OLB spot, better it is. We really don't have much to lose. And I agree, its more fun being a fan thinking more positively. I just can't believe amount of negative threads that's been posted on this forum for past week. Given the sheer number of negativity, you would think this was Raiders or Rams forum on week 11 or something...

you are correct about Troy, but you must realize that if this was the mid 90's, everyone here would be calling Troy a bust and made of glass because he was injured and missed the 1996 superbowl.
